Tennis Golfers Elbow

Tennis elbow  “Lateral Epicondylitis” is a common condition caused by overuse repetitive stress of the arm and forearm muscles that result in lateral elbow pain. As in any other tendon of the body, repetitive stress of the tendon attached to the outside part of the elbow, can cause inflammation. Tennis elbow can sometimes be confused with radial nerve irritation at the outside part of the elbow, as this nerve passes through the area.

Golfers Elbow

Golfers elbow “Medial epicondylitis” has the same mechanisms of injury as tennis elbow, but in this case, the pain is felt on the medial side of the elbow.
